The procedure entry point error

I had installed Adobe Premiere Pro 2018 and got some error notifications such as .dll files missing. So then I installed whatever the files missed. Finally I got the error known as '' The procedure entry point _initterm could not be located in the dynamic link library.

Adobe is the most favorite tool which I have been using..
