The program closes automatically.

Hi!

Automatically closes the program when adding video, even from the project that was previously created, the problem appeared after the automatic update of Windows

OS Windows 10 64bit Build 1703 (15063.138)

program Premiere Pro 11.0.2 (47)

I am sorry for the crashing issue. It might be an issue with GPU driver.

Please update the GPU driver to latest version & let us know the status.

Update the graphics driver | Windows 8, 7, Vista

The same problem happened to me, it has worked so far for me to update the program to its latest version but it does not work as well, although it no longer closes itself.

I have performed the task of updated driver and I already had the latest version.  I cannot use the newly purchased subscription. How do I get this to work or how can I get a refund if it will not work with my system.  I do not want to let too much time pass and jeapordize any refund rights. I am not buying a new computer just to get this to work
