Question

The “Reopen” option isn't working

This is the third time in an hour that the project has frozen, and I have to start over. What is the function of this button if it doesn't work? I don't have anything to update, so please don't message me about updates

    Have you tried resetting Premiere preferences? And maybe clearing the cache as well?

    I can't reset the settings; I've already customized the program to my liking. That includes the hotkeys and the effects panel.I cleared the cache not too long ago; I can't do it every week

    Have you tried disabling pluginS to see if it might be a plugin issue?
