Just to double-check, did you check the Keyboard shortcuts (Edit > Keyboard Shortcuts) to make sure Ctrl+S is assigned to Save?

I didn't change the default settings. I click, the save window opens and nothing else happens. Only restarting the program helps.

So you can save using File > Save but not with the keyboard shortcut? Is that right?

I reinstalled the program, the problem remained. Through File it works, through the hotkey the save window opens and nothing happens
