The subject is too dark while walking by the screen. How do I fix this in Premiere?

Hi,

I couldn't fit everything in the title alone, but the issues are:

1. Subject becomes too dark due to the screen he's walking by being brighter

2. As he moves to different areas, the lighting shifts a few times, especially at the end of the video.

What is the best approach to fixing these issues in Premiere?
