The Text menu option is missing from my Windows menu

The Text menu option is missing from my Windows menu under any/all workspaces.

The Captions workspace also doesn't have any of the options shown on any of the tutorial videos :0/

Are there any shortcuts or ways to fix these issues please?

That is an older version of Premiere, and the Text panel is not available in that one. It arrived in Premiere 2022.

Which version of Premiere are you using? Go to the Help/About ... menu, and give the full number as in say 22.5.0 ....

That is PR 2020, the old caption workflow. There is no Text panel.
