"The worst pen tool I've ever used! It's completely unusable! How can a company like Adobe, which owns Illustrator and Photoshop, create such an unusable tool?"

Every time I click on a point to move it, it either adds another point on top of it or creates an unintended curve.
Due to this issue, it's impossible to select one or more points accurately.
Additionally, there's no direct option to remove a point other than using the Ctrl key on the keyboard, and even then, it doesn't always work reliably.

Maybe you should also post a screenshot of that. Use the "picture" icon for that:
