Theres a white overlay on my time line

Just edited some video and idk how this pop out of nowhere and i tried clossing the premier pro didnt erase it, it's not make any weird it just pain in the works bugging me what is this

That's the selected region indicator.  When you have both an in and an out marked in your timeline, that's how Premiere displays it.  Very useful.  To get rid of it, clear your in mark, your out mark or both.
