Thin flashing grey bar on right side of export

Never had this happen before and wondering what the reason is. Happened on two different exports, thought the first was maybe just a one off issue. Exporting for MPEG DVD with 100% quality (This is getting burned to DVD for client) , render max depth, 2 pass VBR, max render quality.
