'This effect requires GPU acceleration' but I have an RTX 3080...

And I have no idea why I can't actually use GPU acceleration because I have ensure that is set in my Project Settings as well as Media Encoder Pro. I'm working on a Windows 10 machine. My OS and all my drivers are up-to-date.

Anyone have an idea of what else to check? I didn't get this error when my last video card and system was relative junk...

This video has been quite helpful. I have learned a couple of things:

Maybe I probably install the CUDA Toolkit - which I did, though it did not correct my problem.
Disable my VR Effects. I used those not mindful of the 'VR' part because they gave me what I wanted.

Would have been nice if the UI had informed me of a long-standing incompatibility, but I'll take it.
