This effect requires GPU acceleration iMac 27-inch, 2017 macOS Catalina

I have an issue that the message which says "This effect requires GPU acceleration" pops up when I add Unsharp Mask on an adjustment layer. 

I have tried almost all the suggested way of solutions listed online but none of them worked.  What I have done is swithing rendering playback options, deleting media cache, using proxy files for faster preview, making sure the app is the latest version, etc. 

I'm using iMac 27-inch, 2017 mac OS Catalina, Processor: 4.2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7, Memoru: 64 GB 2400 MHz DDR4, Graphics: Radeon Pro 580 8 GB.

Is there any other way or possibilities to solve this issue?
