This Effect Requires GPU Acceleration / Premiere 2019 / GTX 1060

I'm trying to add Digital Glitch to adjustment layer, but the red ribbon appears with the text "this effect requires GPU Acceleration"

Should those accelerated effects work with GeForce GTX 1060 graphics card or what is the problem?

    Some of the 1060 cards have less than 4GB ofvRAM, which is the minimum for PrPro 2019 to use the cards. What's the specs for yours?

    My GPU has 6gb RAM so it should be working.

    Have you checked your Project Settings? Go to the File Menu and then Project Settings -> General to make sure GPU acceleration is turned on for that particular project file. If it's unavailable, you likely need to update your CUDA drivers (a requirement for Premiere 2019).

    Yes i have checked the project settings that GPU acceleration is checked.
