'This effect requires GPU acceleration' v13 v14

Hello adobe community.

I already red topics talking about this issue but i have no fix on it.

 

I work on Win10 and Mac Mojave with specs:

i7-9700k

32gb ram

vega 64 8gb

 

I'm looking to buy premiere, so i'm just using the trials at the moment to test the software.

I already spoke with adobe chat support but the only thing they say is to "update the drivers"... under mac... ok.

 

What's your tips so far?

I have all the options (openCL and Metal) active and selectable (already selected) but i don't get any result in switching those options.

 

I find this error, for example, using Nois HLS auto

UPDATE

on v14 i found that on a simple sequence (video track) i can add noise on the layer and it works better (faster) adding the noise on adjustment layer.

 

If the sequence get more complex (more audio tracks, more clips, ecc...) i get the error "this effect requires gpu acceleration", no matter how.
