Hi, I have a problem, with the use of some video effects, I get the message "this effect requires GPU accelleration"
the preferences in question are set correctly, yet I still get the message.

I have an nvidia rtx 2080 super with the latest studio drivers.

is it normal to have this message, or can I solve it? Thank you.

Dont use VR effects in a non VR timeline.

Hi Ann,

They can work, actually, I found. You just need either the CPU and VRAM to pull it off, use fewer VR effects, pre-bake the effects, or transcode your footage to be a smaller frame size.

Cheers,
Kevin

How much VRAM?
What type of video are you editing?

Are you using any VR efects?
