This keeps happening every time I open premiere now.

This just started happening suddenly. I was using it this morning and it was fine, now, at 3:01pm, it keeps happening. This started happening after a project file crashed....for no reason at all.

Try opening PP from its normal icon, ie: don't double-click the project file to open it. If you can get it going that way, then try opening the project. If that doesn't work, open PP again (if you have to) and start a new project and import in the current project.
