This is a video in windows explorer. "STOP" sign in the video is a separate PNG icon. Is it possible to make this STOP sing in motion while thumb nail video icon is resting in windows explorer? If you can give name of this work I can search in YouTube.

I have found a method for my 2nd question. I did this by manipulting the layer length. Is there any effects to do this?

Thanks for the reply. Is it possible to do when you play the video "stop" sign vanishes? when video rest in windows explorer "stop" sign is there.
