Thumbails are really slow

hi there! how are you? i'm writting here because after i read all the posts i couldn't find a solution.
Premiere Pro 2024 really sucks. I'm getting older trying to see the thumbails of my clips in project. Everytime i open premiere, all the thumbails start again. It's quite slow edit that way, because i need to see the clips before i take them to timeline, and i spend a lot of time waiting him to make again the thumbails. I'm Davinci resolve user too and this not happen there.
I try disable GPU acelleration but doesn't work.
Do anyone have a solution? I can't believe we're dealing with this in 2024.
Thanks.
( I find this video in other post that show what the problem is, thanks to the autor https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UbCvkeJvLv4&ab_channel=ItamvanTeeseling

I posted about this problem here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro-discussions/intel-decoding-in-premiere-pro-slows-down-thumbnails-generation-twice/m-p/14601043#M502309

My post includes a workaround but not the solution which is on Adobe.

What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?

hi! thanks for your answer. I have a I9 12900. Nvidia 3080 and 16 RAM. I have a lot of storage. 1 SSD wich i install windows and programs. Another SSD 1TB for cache and raw footage and two other hard drives 4tb and 1tb, I don't think is a hardware problem, because in davinci runs fine 😞
I'll try your solution!

Delete the Media Cache and Media Cache files:

If that doesn't work, try resetting the Workspaces:
Reset a workspace
Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.
1. Do one of the following:
• Click the Workspace menu icon and select Reset to Saved Layout.
• Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.
from here:
https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/using/workspaces.html

If that doesn’t work, try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site. If NVIDIA, do a clean installation of the latest Studio Driver (NOT the Game Driver).

If that doesn't work, try creating a new project and import the old one into it.

These are all useless solutions, they won't help because the cause is different from what you think it is. See here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro-discussions/intel-decoding-in-premiere-pro-slows-down-thumbnails-generation-twice/m-p/14601043#M502309
