Tibetan/Dzongkha Fonts incorrectly displayed

Tibetan/Dzongkha fonts are incorrectly displayed in Adobe Products like Photoshop and Premiere Pro. I have solved the problem on Photoshop by Selecting Edit/Preferences/Type/Middle Eastern and South Asian. I couldn't find this menu on Premiere Pro. Can anyone please tell me if there's anything like this 'Type' menu for Adobe Premiere Pro? Or a solution to my problem. Thank You!
