Tilted horizon fix without losing information

Hello, i want to fix a tilted horizon of a video. I'm wondering if there is a way after rotation (straighten up the horizon) to fill the black corners (with the same information of the video) instead of cropping? The information i'll be cropping may be very useful to the whole video image. Or if there is an adjusment after rotation to lose less information from one particular side (e.g. the left, where i have more useful information).

Thank you in advance.

You can put the same non rotated image behind (lower track) of the rotated image.

Have to fiddle a bit to get it right, might want to add a slight blur.

Or a second image superimposed corners masked out with a feather.

You only see it if you know where to look.
