Time remapping bug. Please help.

Got a bit confused. I meant it should be 67% and 200% (I said 67% and 180%) not the 66% and 200% I had it on and when I change it to 67% and 200% it is longer than 4 seconds for some reason. I put the keyframe on the 2 second mark before changing the percentages by the way. Please help I am kind of panicing as I cant complete this project without knowing the solution.
