Time remapping in the timeline no longer an option in 25.1?

Premiere 25.1 on Windows 10.

It appears the ability to adjust speed keyframes for a clip is gone now? The option to change the clip keyframe type in the timeline is no longer there. I can only adjust time remapping in the effects control panel.

Has anyone else experienced this or just me? And if it is intentional, Adobe, why would you do this?
