Timecode embedded into Metadata - Adobe Premiere Export

Hello All,

Recently have used ME Suite for our release system which works like a charm. There is a feature that you can run a file through that uses facial detection to decide whether or not someone is released.

Here comes my problem. My uploads are hanging up and the company ME Suite has notified me saying that my TC needs to match my sequence TC. Well, I dig back in and they in fact match. They then looked into the metadata of the file and told me there is no TC embedded. It's maddening.

I added an adjustment layer, and through the metadata and TC effect on, made sure to select my source as the sequence and exported.

In addition, I also tried exporting and putting the TC effect on during the export phase.

I also tried the method of adding the TC effect.

All of these options they tell me that my source file doesn't have TC.

I'm at a loss.

Hi @Jeremy5E0B,

Thanks for the message. Which file format are you using? Have you tried transcoding the material to ProRes or ProRes LT? If not, see if that works.

Thanks,
Kevin

I will try outputting as a ProRes LT. The only concern I have going that route, is I'm only limited to a 5gig file. I'll let you know in a bit.
