Timecode on Program Monitor

While working on a project this appeared in the Program Monitor window. I'm not sure if it has to do with timecode settings or what, but does anyone know the best way to remove it. It does not appear on the screen when I playback the video but only appear while scrubbing and editing.

Click on the wrench icon in the lower right corner of the Program Monitor and in the drop down menu, toggle off Overlays.
