Timecode Track on Quicktime Properties

Hello and Food Evening,

The Post Production I work for here in Los Angeles, Ca just got Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2018 edition and we're trying to work out the kinks.

So far our only issue is when capturing from a Tape Source (i.e.) HDCam-Sr 4:2:2, and we're QCing the ProRes HQ422 we do not see a Timecode Track on the QT Properties Page. I have Video Track and All My Audio Tracks, however the Timecode itself is only in "Frames" and "Standard".
