Timelane Lags when effects tab is selected

Hi, 

Since one of the releases back in mid Summer, my timeline has been lagging significantly on playback while I have the effects tab open. I can switch to a different tab and it doens't lag at all. It didn't do this previously. I'm using an Nvidia 3090 and I8 processor with 32 gigs of ram. Please fix your software.
