Timeline Glitch

A new bug appeared this week, while zooming in and out of the timeline with the mouse wheel, the timeline will automatically zoom in to a single frame on it's own. It doesn't matter if I'm zooming in or out, in small amounts or large amounts, it just happens randomly.
