Timeline panel not responding?

In my timeline panel, the time marker (blue line) does not move when I arrow over or click to a different part of my video, nor are clips selected when I click on them.

If it helps, I basically moved over my project from one laptop to the another using a flash drive, and by accident I didn't transferred the file renders over. Any ideas?

    Sorry to hear that you are facing this issue. Please try to reset app preferences (FAQ: How to reset (trash) preferences in Premiere Pro? ) and reset workspace (FAQ: How to fix workspace related issues in Premiere Pro? ) for Premiere Pro to isolate and preference or workspace corruption issue that could be causing the app to misbehave.
