Timeline set focus always on

If there is one function I don't need in my workflow it is the set focus in the timeline options. In the PP 2017 version of the software it is always on no matter what you choose in the preferences. How can I turn this function off

Is this a known bug or am I not disabling the right thing?

    Do you mean this function?

    Even if you switch it off as soon as you use Lumetri colour correction it turns on again.
