Are there keyboard shortcuts in Premiere similar to what I can do in AE?

Mainly the following:

  1. Move to beginning / end of timeline
  2. Move to in / out point of selected clip
  3. Move forward / back one frame
  4. Move forward / back ten frames
  5. Zoom in / out on timeline
  6. Grab / move the timeline (e.g. holding the space bar and clicking / dragging in AE)

Im looking here but most shortcuts appear to be for editing clips, not so much moving through the timeline
