Timeline Won't Play With Imported Essential Graphics

Version 24.0.0 (but occoured on previous editions)

Windows 10 64bit
Bug: timeline won't play randomly, but always stops at some point.

I've got a template for a episodic show I produce and at one point a few months ago, the timeline would just seize up and I'd have to restart the program. I can still scrub around stuff, but the timeline won't play at all. The "audio hardware" trick doesn't work here, neither does changing the Video Renderer from CUDA to Software. To be clear, it'll always play when I first hit the spacebar or play button, sometimes it'll let me play and pause a number of times, but without fail it WILL fail to respond at some point.

The timeline doesn't sieze on any other project, so I figured maybe I just did something goofy having updated the template to newer and newer versions of Premiere, so I started a new project and imported the timeline so I could at least keep my intro graphics (built off an essential graphics template). Without any exact specific evidence, I think that's what's causing the freezing as it's the only outlier when compared to other projects.

Obviously the answer is to just make a new intro graphic and call it a day (or at least see if it still freezes) but as that's clearly a bug, I figured it was worth submitting anyway because it may affect other people or systems or who knows.
