Title Presets from Motion Array Change Original Text

Hi there,

I downloaded a title preset template from Motion Array and I'm trying to use one style of titles for an interview style of video to overlay the text of the name of each person. What I'm having an issue with is that when I import the template into my project bin and insert the title template I want to use

What I'm having an issue with is that when I import the template into my project bin and insert the title template I want to use onto the timeline I can't change the text in the text editor without if affecting each and every title I have on the timeline already. They're all linked/sync'd together and even if I open the title template project file and save a duplicate under another a name and edit the text in that file, when I import it into my project file with the interviews it just changes all the title text automatically.

HELP PLEASE!!!
