Title screens pixilating after exporting film? Please help

Hello, I'm a midwifery student so this is all very new to me...we just made a short film and used the 'titles' option to create black screens with white writing on...the film ran brilliantly on the mac, but now after exporting, every title page flickers from white to black, and then back and forth again. The visual film footage is fine, but the title screens in between are not good...can anyone help?

Can send the whole thing over on 'we transfer' if that's any help.

Post screenshot of your export settings.

Are the titles of the same resolution as the sequence?

Thanks for getting back to us Ann, and for suggesting that. I'll see if it's possible to get back on the mac and see, but it won't be till Monday as the school is closed.

It would be great if it really was something as simple as the export settings, hope so, I

have a picture of the film exporting on whats app but cannot send to my email unfortunately to show you.

Ann, just in case you go online again, is that what the settings need to be...the same resolution for the titles and the sequence? If that is what the problem is?
