Title template does not work.

the template from Adobe Stock does not work

the sparkle works, but the position of the text does not accept the changes. The text remains in the upper left corner.

Am I doing something wrong or is it not working with my Premiere Pro (current version)?

No way to help you out. You will have to upload the template in order for us to test.
