Title text is blurry in Adobe Premiere Pro

Hi all,

I am having trouble with blurry titles in Premiere Pro CC 2015.  I have a sequence that is 320x240, 30 frames per second, and every time I try to add titles using the titling tool, the text looks sharp in the tool but then blurry on the timeline.  I have tried the following with little to varying success:

1. Creating a title with the setting of 320x240 (results in blurry text)

2. Creating a title with a larger setting, 1920x1080 (results in blurry text)

3. Creating a title in a psd file or jpg at 320x240 and also 1920x1080 in Photoshop and importing into Premiere (results in blurry text)

4. Creating an EPS title in illustrator at 320x240 and importing into Premiere (results in blurry text)

5. Creating a PSD title at 1920x1080, importing the file to premiere pro, and un-clicking "Scale to Frame Size", resulting in giant text, and then scaling it down (better, sharper text, but still not tack sharp).

The results are the same as above when I export the file.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue so that the text is tack sharp?   Would so appreciate any help!

Thanks,
Celina

Please post a screen shot of your Sequence Settings (menu Sequence > Sequence Settings).

320x240 is an extremely tiny frame size, are you viewing it 320x240 (its native display size) or are you viewing it with display enlarged?
