Titles cut off

I know there is a solution to this but I forget what it is: I put a text box over a video clip but the end letters are cut off as the "safety frame" is so small that when I move the box it will disappear if I move it to far. How do I fix this??

    NateCP,

    Don't move text via the Effect Controls > Motion. Use the actual Position controls in the Text generator. Scroll down in the Effect Controls panel to see it. You can also physically move the text layer. I like doing this kind of work in the Graphics workspace. Try it and report back.
