Titles no appearing in final export?

Hi

Ive been having a problem with premiere pro cc that when i add titles to a video they seem to be working fine, all the movements are great the elements all work together and its all good. Then i export and random weird stuff happens. One time all the movements were off so the text appeared half off screen with each element separated, another time the box i had drawn around the text just didnt appear, stuff like that. Any Ideas on what might be causing the issue? or how to fix it?

Hi Kevin,

Im exporting through media encoder and i tried unticking the box for import sequences natively, the problem has no sort of stuck on the shapes ive been using in the titles, the text now comes up fine with nothing noticeable in the movement but the box i had around the title and the lines in the lower thirds just dont export. I did do an export through premiere pro without queing the media encoder and it worked but thats not really practical for me when im exporting a series of videos over night...
