Hi,

I'm receiving this error despite being signed into Creative Cloud...and I can't access any of my files that I use there! Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!

Hi,

Are you facing this just in PPRO or in other apps as well? 
Could you please try to log in / log out?
Also, could you please let us now what versions of CCD and Libraries you are using?
