today my footages with alpha turned to red when not fully fade in and cant import some mp4 files.

today i opened my premiere project and my footages turned to red like overlay or screen blend mode but there are no blend mode changes. and i cant import some mp4 files, i dont know why. what happened what changed, yesterday i could import files rendered in ae. today i cant import. but this alpha footage trouble is the most important pls check the screenshots. and same problem footage with alphas turned to red in after effects too. im using mac os catalina vers 10.15.6 iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2019)
