Too buggy to upload large numbers of effect plugins (Windows)

The program crashes if the plugins are too many.

How can we fix it?

What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?

I'm not telling it. I installed too much effect plugins (.AEX files) so we can make inspiring videos; but something ethereal happened; It crashed.

Uninstall the plugins and install a few at a tome to see which one is crashing.
