Too High Exposure

Hi! Please share if you have a solution. 
When I'm using my iPhone 15 pro max to make videos, using airdrop to get them to my Mac and then import these videos to premiere pro to start editing, Premiere pro changes the color settings of each clip and make them look very high exposed and sometimes the color scheme more matte than the original video on the phone. How do I ensure that the videos stay the same when I import them to premiere pro?
