Too long to "play"

Hello everyone, I built a previous PC I used a dell g15 2022.
What happens, I put the premiere in cuda and even then I press space or play and the time line video doesn't start.
He has a lot of slowness, not that he appears to be heavy but that he waits for a buff to start.
On my Dell 15 it was immediate.
