Tool in Premiere for Pan and Zoom?

I've got an hour of 4k video that I want to simulate camera motion on. Are there any controls built into premiere (or plugin) that I can use that will make it easy to watch and zoom and pan as the video plays? I see lots of discussion around using the effects control panel and key frames but that would take a lot of time and I'm hoping for an easy tool for this.

      Hay un plugin gratis que funciona solo para mac, pero sería maravilloso, vital, necesario, imprescindible que lo integre definitivamente en premiere pro. Lo tiene final cut como kern burns effects por default y otros software también.
