Toolbar doesn't show secondary options

I have Premier Pro v 22.1.2 (compilation 1) running in iMac 27" (late 2014) - Catalina OS 10.15.7. When I click right mouse button over Toolbar, secondary options doesn't show.

 

In other parts (like images or videos, we can show secondary options without issues.

You need to hold down the mouse for a short period to give the toolbar the chance to pop up.

Thanks Ann for reply, and sorry for delay in our response.

 

We did it, but toolbar never change to pop up... secondary options never shows.
