Touch Portal not working anymore

Since the latest update to 2023 apps Touch Portal hasn't been able to execute keyboard shortcuts on any of the Adobe's softwares (tested on AE, PR and PS).

 

Touch Portal connects my iPad with MAC and can execute macros such as "Open URL" etc. system based actions. 

 

I have tried out everything (updates, reboots). Does anyone have a solution? This seems to be an Adobe related issue so is there a switch in the settings I'm missing?

 

For those who don't know – Touch Portal is a mobile remote control for PC and Mac software. Similar to Stream Deck.

I had this issue. It could be a mac setting in your Privacy & Security -> Accessibility -> hit the + and add TouchPortal as an allowed app. If it is already in the list, make sure the slider button is clicked to enabled. This will make it work again! Hope that helps.

Thanks alot! But I've already updated my machine to Mac Studio Ultra with MacOS Ventura and TouchPortal is running again! It sure does make my workflow super fast!
