Track Audio Effects not rendering

I have seen this topic previously but no answer, form last year and 2018

I exported a short 90" spot that had a reverb audio effect added to 1 clip, but it did not render out, I tried it on a nest, I tried it on the track, plays fine on the timeline but wont render out, wont even render and replace in timeline, but plays back fine with no render.

I am using version 24.6.1 and a mac book pro M! max with Sonoma 14.4.1
