Track header glitch?

Hi please look at the video attached. When trying to add pan tool on the audio track header (like the sequence at the beginning) it does not show me the control, even after resetting the layout.

That does not happen with all the tools though.

Anyone else experiences this? I am on 15.4.1.

Create a stereo track then add the pan tool.

Expand the track vertically.
