Track Targetting not highlighting the top track

Hi everyone,

Following Version 24.4.1 (Build 2) update, PP doesn't highlight the upmost track that has its track targetting turned on.

Is it supposed to be like this now?

This slows down my editing process considerably, because I used to rely on the upmost targetted track auto-highlighting while scrubbing through, for quick cuts etc.

Hi Peter,

Make sure you have Sequence > Selection Follows Playhead enabled. This setting ensures that the clips on the highest targeted track will be selected based on the position of the playhead.

Cheers,
Paul

Hello, Adding to what @PaulMurphy  mentioned, Version 24.5 is already available, it might be worth updating to the latest version to see if this problem has been resolved. Many issues from previous versions are often addressed in newer updates, and upgrading might restore the functionality you're accustomed to.
