Transcoding files from Sony ZV-e10 & iPhone 15Pro

What are best practices for file type/specs when prepping footage from Sony ZV-e10 & iPhone 15Pro for use in PrPro? I currently run the Sony clips through EditReady with a ProRes 422 (HQ) preset, and run the iPhone files through FF Works to get CBR. Just want top make sure I'm doing what's best both for quality and functionality within PrPro. Any guidance would be appreciated!
