Transcribing Problems with PP 2025

I updated to PP 2025 (25.00 (Build 61) and when I transcribed a sequence it was in German although all my language prefs are English.  Has any on else experinced this?

Hi there,

Sorry for the issue. Is your source audio in German? If so, setting the default Transcription language in Preferences won't translate the captions. You can use the translate feature in Premiere Pro beta to do that (https://adobe.ly/3Vc5w59). Sorry if I misunderstood your question, if that's the case, please share more details on the issue.
