Transcribing Source Clips (Premiere version 23.5)

Hello!

I'm editing a project and have been looking for the best ways to transcribe clips at the source level, vs having transcripts and timecodes tied to a sequence. I just discovered in version 23.5 that this is possible, though I have some questions about the application for my specific purposes. 

First, since I've made various cuts in different sequences already, I'm wondering if I transcribe a source clip, will that transcript apply to all sequences where various bits of that clip appears?

Secondly, is there a way to import a transcript to a source clip? This doesn't appear to be a function yet in Premiere, but hoping I'm wrong since it's much easier to edit a transcript outside of Premiere then re-import it, as is possible for sequences.
